A really interesting concept in a seagoing vessel. One of the main problems appears to have been it did not do well on rough seas.

And now lies abandoned and rusting last I heard. There was an episode of the show, "What On Earth" I believe about it. A truly unique concept but massively over priced as I recall?

It wasn't a plane.

It was an ekronoplan!
