WITH the kind 'permission' from the "original author"  of the 'accompanied' article LINKED, we now shall proceed further "delved"/"dwelled" about here. "A Capsule Overview..."<--'click this'  I am going to provide greater 'insight' of the following as it may even pertain/concern itself upon many 'aspects' usually neglected. They also 'represent' the "Fog-of-War" there of greater 'degree' than mere 'Wooden Blocks' alone shall achieve, so, it does HAVE much "ongoing"-?  It may also allow for 'Interceptions' of denoted 'Units' during their "Activation", such as 'Naval'-sort, or 'Bomber Sorties', etc. 

Let us start off about the "d10"s since they don't quite follow the "Results" any were 'accustomed' with. As for theirs here, then they 'Range' FROM "0"-to-"9"  WHILE "9" were an 'automatic miss' and a "1" not only shall HIT-(except from/of "0") as well that it shall inflict a "Retreat/Repulse"-'effect' of one participating 'Army'-! If it is 'correct', then the 'Defender' would be compelled to "Retreat" as many 'Armies-Factors' that the 'Attacker-Army' TOTALED, while with a "Repulse" upon the 'Attacker' only '1'-Unit is affected. Then yet still, 'completely destroying/repulsing' the enemy 'Armies' will immediately involuntarily "REVERSE Initiative" to allow the NON-'Active' Players to begin 'Activations' of the 'UN-activated' forces under their "command". Note that you can always voluntarily "PASS" of your current 'Turn/Phase'' to the opponent, and later on you shall resume this UNLESS both 'Players' happen to "PASS" together, one after the other. The other 'aspect' as regards 'Soviet SHOCK Armies' is that they'll inflict '2'-HITS whenever they 'scored' any-! There are several instances to when an enemy shall "Fire First" to inflict/affect an 'Attacker' BEFORE they should conduct theirs. Elsewise, then 'Combat' is performed "semi-simultaneously" with each 'Armies' being able to "Fire"-! before "Results" would apply.

Just an 'asides note' then upon WHAT yet other 'Games' will permit of where they generally used "d10"s  since these will have "0" as the greater number past "9" along with some lower 'numbers-range(s)' being yielded obtaina  "Missed" and perhaps a "1" also making some enemy 'Unit' "Retreat/Repulsed". In addition, a few 'Games' would compare the 'Die Results' between each Player that "rolled" them, and shall 'ascertain/determine' HOW MUCH either had become 'effected'. This could "effect" as a "Retreat"/"Choice-of-Hit-or-Retreat"/"Hit"-and Retreat"/"several HITS-and Retreats" OR outright 'Destruction'-?  For several, there might even have been a 'choice' for "rolling" with them to begin with a lower-sized amount-kind, and if some certain 'progression' will commence to when a "d8" or "d10" would be used instead.         


The 'Components' shown below are of a variety of denominations and "Support Assets"="1"-inch square assortment. For the most parts, these will have to become "Assigned" or 'apportioned' between 'Armies' . While there are a few that will become deployed/used "on board" by themselves, such as 'Wolf Pack' or 'Fortifications', 'Garrisons'-markers, as well of 'Partisans'. They-('Armies') might even be a 'Dummy'-type of which when 'Attacked' are immediately removed. Just as an actual 'Army' can either get itself an '1'-Step increase per-turn, OR an entirely NEW 'Army'/'Army Group' would become "created" for 'Deployment(s)''. They do encourage 'casualties' being "distributed evenly"-with many present, to when every 'Unit' were HIT, afterward, they can then incur a '2nd'-or more HIT(s) UNLESS that will 'eliminate' them, from thus.  


There is yet a "Diplomacy" 'aspect' in which any player could try to bring some 'Neutral' unto their "fray"-side with the expenditure of '1'-production point-(along with successful "Die Roll" outcome) and were others to do likewise, THEN these "cancel out" one another for their current attempt. There is NO "points flip" determination so, 'Game Turns' shall have been "pre-determined" as the 'Scenario(s)' will dictate. I haven't provided the 'Gamemap' because that had 'NAZI'-symbols upon their 'Army Groups' "boxes". Yes, this is of quite the 'complexity' beyond "Axis and Allies"-Europe or FOR anything that they'd 'concocted', so far. I noticed that with what them versions for "Asia Aflame"/"World Aflame" did contain plenty of types I've also 'produced' YET, naught nearly A-L-L that I've managed upon 'creation', as seen there displayed. There are plenty of "Support Assets"-markers that were 'reduced' into "1/2"-inch squared sizes in order to make more of them, then. There were even several 'versions' for a few-types, or varying depictions of these to allow choices from amongst that. In the meantime, I shall inform "Compass Games"-folks upon this and that, in order to hopefully 'convince' any further upon these FOR serious considerations-!
