Well...that went piss poor. Playing Soviet solo and managed a meagre 9 points out of a required 12 by turn 4.
Oddly, turn 4 starts the Soviets ein of the get more than 25 points. I fail to see how that's remotely possible...even given I played awfully.
I'm not sure I know what I did wrong. Maybe burned too many cards from my 5 card hand on tactics so movement of my armies was limited. Also perhaps a bit too cautious.
Of course I defo played it wrong too. I probably put too many garrisons down and probably deployed reserves when I shouldn't have.
Oh well...it was a blast - though i don't think it was as much fun as Ardennes - so I'm going in for another go.
