I've read way more of mine than not - love the underlying info.  My biggest issue was always finding other people willing to play a new system just for the heck of it, instead of always falling back on the same systems over and over.

Random acts of genius and other inspirations of applied violence.

In my case I have read a lot of them. I think that's why I have so many. I love to read through them. Now as far as actually playing them...

I think this is a major market segment.  Every year it seems like a couple new RPG systems get launched - which ultimately have few to no supplements released six months or more after the rules system was released.  Example: The Laundry RPG and Monster Hunter International RPG - both were topical based on a couple of popular books.

Same for me. Enjoy reading them, but playing? Not enough time.
