I missed asking this bit, too:

How big is your gaming space for these games?

i can play games either on a card table, or set up a big ol' piece of plywood on the card table or kitchen table.

There's a small Con coming up near Lititz, Pennsylvania on Jun 14,15, and 16.  Normally has a lot of naval games.
Cannot tell where you are located.  If this is close to you, can give you contact.

Looking forward to it.

And, who knows, given the right models, ANYTHING miniatures can be done in Tabletop Simulator  ;D.

can pictures be upload directly from a phone, or do they have to be posted via a photobucket type of link?

depending on your phone browser, you can sometimes attach them to a post, but you'll probably need to reduce the file size first

Otherwise, you'd need to share from a 3rd-party site
