Can you destroy bridges (apart from checking for fire) or is it always defined in scenarios

So far, I don't think bridges can be destroyed except by fire or SSR. Future modules might have engineering units that have that ability.

IDK

I’ve spent half my life’s earning on wargames, women, and drink. The rest I wasted.

A question for Barthheart if I may (or anyone playing the game)

Direct Fire
Do the Point Blank, Long Range  rules apply to everything? Infantry? Helicopters?

It doesn't say in the rules...but I'm guessing they do. It makes sense that infantry can fire longer than their effective range but less effectively. I was pretty good with an SLR at 600m. I was less effective at 1km

Short answer yes.
Long answer, there are some exception based on firing platform and target. Like vehicle HE firing at helos don’t get point blank and can’t use Extended range.

Just going through the rules again, I see in sections 10.6.4 and 10.6.5 that point blank range and long range are not available for CAS and on board indirect fire

Would helicopters be considered CAS?
